Q. Do you offer Wifi? Is it free?
A. Yes. We have Wifi available at your RV site. We offer a complimentary 4 hour trial of our service. In
order to provide the best possible service we have contracted with Tengo Internet for low daily, weekly and monthly rates.

Q. Do you offer full hook-ups?
A. We offer: water, sewer, cable TV, 20/30/50 amp electric. Extended stay rates are plus metered electric.
Also Land Line Telephone Service may be contracted with a local carrier as sites are equipped with phone lines.
Q. Do you have pull-thru spaces? Can you accommodate a 45ft RV?
A. No Pull-thrus. However, we offer the largest sites in the area and can take up to 45 ft. RVs and mall tow
trailers. RV Storage and Mini Self Storage Units are also available within the park.
Q. Do you have group rates?
A. Yes. Call to inquire.
Q. Are you close to San Diego?
A. We are located in North San Diego County, just 35 miles North of Downtown San Diego. We are near the Wild Animal Park and Pala Casino. We are within 25-30
minutes of most beaches and all other major San Diego attractions. We have EASY freeway access.
Q. Are you close to shopping and dining?
A. Yes. Within 10 minutes from the resort there are major grocery stores and restaurants. We also have a
market on the property. A large shopping center with a Costco and Wal-mart is 15 minutes or away. A major shopping mall with a wide variety of
shopping is a few exits down the freeway.
Q. Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions?
A. Yes, We are pet friendly. We do limit each site to 2 pets per site (unless prior arrangements are made) and
do not allow any aggressive breeds. A complete list of pet rules is available upon check in.
Q. Do you have restrictions on type of RV?
A. Age and condition are subject to an exterior inspection upon arrival. The RV must be clean, rust free, no
broken windows, and if motor powered, running. Tarps on roofs, and other modifications are strictly prohibited. The resort has a complete list
of rules and regulations on file for your review.
Q. Do you have a pool?
A. Yes. Open seasonally.
Q. Do you sell propane?
A. Yes. We offer on-site service both delivered to your RV or at our propane station.
Q. When is check in time? Check out time?
A. Check in time is 1 PM. Check-out is 12 Noon. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to
availability.
Q. Can I have a camp-fire?
A. Yes. You are required to have the fire within an above ground fire ring/pit. Fire rings/pits are not
provided.
Q. Are you a membership resort?
A. No. We are non-membership, non-ownership.
Q. Do you have storage?

Q. How long can I stay?
A. We offer daily, weekly, and extended stay rates. There are no restrictions on your length of stay.
Q. Can I reserve a specific site?
A. A specific site may be requested, but not guaranteed
Q. Do you have a laundry facility?
A. Yes. We have a clean laundry that is right on site for your convenience.
Q. Do you offer RV storage?
A. Yes. There is ample storage for all of our RVs and Toys.

• Directions from the NORTH (southbound): From Interstate 5 (Orange County, Los Angeles), take State Route 78 East exit at Oceanside CA,
proceed east to Interstate 15 North, exit Old Hwy 395 and turn hard right onto the frontage road southbound. Our entrance is 3/4 mile on your
left.
• Directions from the SOUTH (northbound): From State Route 163 (downtown San Diego , Mission Valley ) proceed to Interstate 15 North to the
Old Hwy 395 exit and turn hard right onto the frontage road southbound. Our entrance is 3/4 mile on your left.
• Directions from the EAST (westbound): From Interstate 8 (Imperial County, Arizona) take Interstate 15 North to the Old Hwy 395 exit and
turn hard right onto the frontage road southbound. Our entrance is 3/4 mile on your left.
Q. Do you have casino's close by?
A. We have 5 large casinos within 35 minutes of the resort. Pala Casino is 6 miles from the resort. Valley
View is 15 miles from the resort.
Q. Do you offer rentals?
A. Unfortunately no. However, we can provide you with several local rental companies that provide rentals that can be placed on our resort.

Q. What is your cancellation policy? What is your reservation change policy?
A. Daily/Weekly Reservations: Call, write, or e-mail, within 24 hours of arrival or a one night minimum charge
will be billed. Holiday time period Reservations: Call, write or e-mail within 72 hours of arrival or a 3 night minimum charge will be billed.
Monthly Reservations: Call, write or e-mail within 10 days of arrival or security deposit is completely forfeited.
Q. Do you have any tent sites?
A. Yes.
Q. How long can I stay?
A. You are welcome to stay with us for as long as you like.
Q. Do you have a dump station?
A. Yes, we do have a public dump station.
